01A family of boards and possible projects

I am building TrevOS, a shared launcher and software foundation for my ESP32 devices. A timer, a padel scoreboard and a desk display can reuse app logic while each board supplies its own screen and controls. This collection shows the work underneath individual products: board experiments, interface sketches and a saved launcher simulation. The aim is to carry what I learn from one device into the next, instead of starting again with every screen.
