This alternative middle school and community maker-space concept brings together my training in alternative education, professional work in school operations and practice as a maker. Young people investigate questions by designing, building and testing things in shared workshops. I am connecting that learning model with the programme, tools, materials and spaces it needs. The woodshop and fablab renders explore those conditions; the diagrams show the inquiry cycle. These are concept visualisations for a school in development.
